Head Of Talent Acquisition
- The role will lead executing the talent agenda for employees across multiple locations in India. The key tasks responsibility includes designing talent development plans and integrating these plans with the organization's business strategy.
- The incumbent will be responsible for determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts, leading employment branding initiatives.
- Lead and own Talent development and retention provide career development options for key talent and critical positions. Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees.
- Enhance and develop the organization's ability to attract top talent from around the world.
- Building and managing a diverse and skilled talent team and overseeing aspects of the resourcing and recruitment teams.
- Communicating with external sources to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
