Position Title : Head - Institutional Banking Group Technology and Treasury & Markets Technology (Corporate Banking, including GTS) (new projects / production support / application's risk & compliance).

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Be the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the local business, country and other technology/operations leaders. The candidate must be comfortable with interacting with partners at a MD level in both written and oral English.
- Manage the local technology team, expected to be around 8+ permanent staff & 15 + outsourced team. This will include responsibility for hiring, training and performance management, change management, release management & problem management.
- Manage applications for critical local payments, dealing and clearing systems, regulatory & digital banking systems. This includes vendor management, BAU support, initiative planning and scoping for production activities.
- Manage and plan green zone activities
- Manage current and next gen Technology,
- Facilitate ISS controls implementation, gap analysis & process reengineering
- Interface with local regulators, internal & external auditors to support audit and compliance reviews.
- Co-ordinate and work with regional teams to implement local stability and process improvement review programs.
- Manage financial forecasts and actuals.
- Budgeting & SCM
Required Experience :
- Experience of successfully facing off to senior business leaders
- 15- 18 years of experience in banking Technology domain, MNC bank work experience of 5-8 years
- Regional working experience 2-5 years (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Banking operations (preferred)
- Wide knowledge of current and future trends in business and technology environment.
Education / Preferred Qualifications :
- A degree in Computer Science or related subject is preferred
Technical Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of information technology ( Software development, software components, middleware technology, databases, open source migrations, ISS, deployment assurance, project management.

- Strong matrix management skills including influence, conflict resolution and negotiation
