Head - Sustainable Labelling - FMCG

Requirements:

The person will have to ensure that the farmers who have changed to sustainable practices get rewarded for their change in practice via a premium on their crop.

1. The person will be responsible to coordinate with the certification agencies to understand the practices required for qualifying the farm for sustainable label. Coordinate with the agronomy team, trade team , farm team and sustain team to ensure various aspects of social sustainability.

2. Work with external verification agencies to establish the authenticity of the data.

3. Work with marketing teams to establish the marketing campaigns and design of green labels.

4. Work with end buyers to ensure that all their requirements are met so that the end consumers pay a premium.
