Head - Sustainability - Beverage

Job Responsibilities :

- Create Policies, Strategy, Planning and Implementation of Sustainability Programme.

- The primary responsibility set up and handle the EPR (Extended Producer responsibility) model/plan for Plastic Waste Management - Collection and Recycling.

- End to end implementation of plan for plastics collection to disposal and further recycling initiatives

- Managing team who will be more on operations - target based collection teams who are a part of plastic waste collection chain and track performance and respective MIS

- Onbarding consultants or vendors who are involved in collecting waste and disposing to recyclers on behalf of various companies

- Environmental Treatment Technologies

- Water Conservation - Rainwater harvesting / Water Treatment

Candidate's Profile :

- 18-20 years of directly related experience is required in Sustanibility Operations

- Plastic Waste Management - Collection and Recycling Operations Experience

- Experience in creating, and comfortable with presenting, compelling presentations to the stakeholders and regulatory authorities

- Team Management skills

- Master's Degree preferred
