- Managing the wide spectrum of administrative tasks including, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage operations, Security, Health & safety, Waste Management, Fleet & Travel, Laundry, Horticulture, Vendor Management, Events, Procurement and Building Maintenance for a reputed group of Hospitals.
- Managed end to end Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen, Uniform management for a fully operational healthcare facility.
- Effective pest control measures across facility.
- Oversees training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed.
- Assist in developing annual commitment and manage capital and operational. expense budgets.
- Thorough knowledge of waste management in accord to guidelines laid by the state and central Govt. bodies.
- Conceptualized end to end professional Food and Beverage operations replacing out dated methodologies.
- Develops, cultivates and owns key relationships with Stake Holders, Landlords, Property Management companies and third-party service providers and vendors.
- In Depth knowledge of chemicals, dilutions and usage protocols.
- Maintained HACCP & FSSAI standards across the Food courts and Floor Pantry's.
- Coordination with the Engineering team for preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance of all cleaning equipment, Furniture and redundancy.
- Maintaining high level of security and vigilance encompassing men, material, and infrastructure
- Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures
- Routine Building inspections, Audits, Meetings on safety protocols and its equipment. Handling CCTV, Fire Alarm and PA Systems
- Strong understanding of fleet management procedures and policies
- Conducted fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met
- Negotiated contracts, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors.
