About Our Client

Our client is a global FMCG company with a strong presence in the India market. They are widely considered to be pioneers in the space, and are renowned for their impressive product portfolio. They are looking an embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory in the India market, and are looking at hiring a Head of Supply Planning, based out of their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description

- Managing the Supply Planning function for the company end to end after close coordination with different functions (sales, manufacturing, finance, procurement etc).

- Capacity Planning and Enhancement for the company (12 to 24 months horizon).

- Ensuring the effective roll out of the plan across all relevant teams.

- Primary Transportation: Managing the flow of finished goods from the factories to various depots/warehouses.

- Liaise with global stakeholders to ensure that the plans are in line with overall company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an Engineering Graduate (MBA Preferred) with around 10 years of experience in core roles across Supply Planning or Demand Planning. Prior experience of having worked in the FMCG Industry is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong business acumen.
