Head - Supply Chain - Retail

About Our Client :

Our client is a global retail company with a significant presence across the ASIAPAC market. They are globally renowned for the innovative products and practices, and are considered to be an employer of choice in the retail industry. Currently, they are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory in the India market. They are recruiting for a Head Supply Chain, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain function end to end for the company.

- This will include aspects of Logistics, Planning, Replenishment/Fulfillment, Vendor Management, amongst others.

- Further, you will be required to liaise extensively with cross function teams to ensure that the Supply Chain Strategy is in line with overall company objectives.

- You will be managing a large team across functions, and will be responsible for their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be a post graduate with around 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Functions (Logistics, Planning, Replenishment etc). Prior experience of having worked in the FMCG, CD, Retail is a must.

- You should have the experience of managing a large teams, and complex business operations on a daily basis.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability of liaising with senior stakeholders.
