Job Description - The profile will manage responsibility under two scanners Supply Chain Management :

- Identify potential co-packers in India, in particular PET due to its short shelf-life.

- Sourcing Local Raw Materials (Sugar, Vitamins, Acid, LJC,… )

- Sourcing Packaging Materials (Cans, Carton, Tray, Shrink Film, PET bottles, Closure

- Ensure timely delivery of Raw & Packaging Materials to the production sites.

- Quality - Supervise / Monitor the production of products at co-packers in India, to ensure that Quality Parameters are met.

- Where there is new equipment installation and/or change in product formulation, be on site to validate the new equipment and/or formula to ensure full compliance with Quality expectation.

- Ensure that all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, In-Process Quality Control and Finished Goods Tests are done correctly and test results meet Quality Standards.

The Successful Candidate - Food Science and/or Food Engineering graduates with 5+ years of working experiences in Beverages Industry:

- R&D, Manufacturing, SCM with Beverage Manufacturing experience

- Good Negotiation Skill to secure optimum price for company with various Suppliers & co-packers.

- Good Network with Suppliers (Equipment, Packaging & Raw Materials), Co-packers, Regulatory Affairs experts, etc
