Head - Supply Chain Planning Systems - SAP APO - Fashion Accessories & Apparels Industry - IIT/IIM

Our client is a world renowned leader in the field of consumables related to Fashion accessories & Apparels. They have strong business presence globally as well as in India with a credible track record for several decades and having revenues of over 1 Billion USD.

In order to meet their growth & aggressive expansion plans they are looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain Planning Systems to be based in Bengaluru.

Role :

- Subject Matter Expertise across solution scope

- Knowledge of Industry Best-Practice across solution scope

- Degree educated - ideally in a related Technology

- Ability to manage virtual teams dispersed across a number of geographical locations

- Experienced in design, build and change control management

- Effective communicator Written and Orally; in technical and in Business Process parlance

- Process focused

- Delivers on-time and to requirements

- Experience in Business process redesign and change management

- Demonstrate a logical problem solving approach and formulate plans fitting context

- Self-manage priorities and tasks, manage projects and make decisions

- A team player who is adaptable to change, overcomes challenges

- Has a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving

- The ability to multi task

Candidate must :

- Understand fully Best-Practice Supply Chain Management, ideally APICs qualified.

- Be fully understanding of end to end Supply Chain processes in SAP/ APO.

- Configuration experience in APO (Ideally extensive in some areas, can be lighter in others, but covering Supply and Demand Planning)

- Good leader of Team, able to drive delivery and projects

- Very good customer facing skills, candidate will face into Global Supply Chain Management and must be articulate, convincing and able to lead discussion

Education - Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology and MBA from premier B School like IIMs.

Target Industry - Good FMCG companies.
