Head - Supply Chain Planning & Customer Service - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Supply Chain planning & Customer Service for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.

Post Grad in Ops from NITIE/SPJIMR/IIT, Mumbai / IIM, Kozhikode etc. with14-15 years of post qualification exp.in the areas of Planning, Distribution of which at least 2-3 years heading the SC of ecomm / Modern Trade is mandatory.

To anchor and lead Ecom and Modern trade supply chain and work closely with Business teams, Key accounts teams and other support function to deliver best in class fill rates and become preferred partner across platforms.

KRA's:

- Institutionalize supply chain joint business planning with all channels towards establishing robust and agile supply networks.

- Integrate institutional effort towards a demand responsive supply chain by driving alignment through the value chain and sharper accountability.

- Network optimization towards enhancing profitability.

- Review the historical trends/influencing variables to sharpen account wise forecasting process.

- Drive close and direct coordination with key value chain stakeholders (Accounts supply chain team, SBUs and General Trade Sales team) towards streamlining the supply network, estimations, ageing, Warehouse Service Providers coordination, delivery supervision, Distribution Centre handling and master data maintenance.
