Head - Supply Chain Operations - FMCG/Dairy/Food Industry

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the entire supply chain and operations functions, including procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

- Develop, implement, and optimize scalable processes that drive efficiency and ensure the seamless delivery of fresh dairy products to customers.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.

- Design and execute supply chain strategies that reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve speed, ensuring Farms' commitment to freshness and purity.

- Proactively identify bottlenecks and operational challenges, employing creative and data- driven problem-solving approaches to resolve issues.

- Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to align operational strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions and improvements to the operations and supply chain functions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG, dairy, or food industry, with a proven track record of building scalable processes.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performance teams.

- Deep expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and logistics management.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.

- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
