- Strong exposure to contract manufacturing & under development.

- Proven track record of best in class manufacturing processes.

- Ensure appropriate quality standards.

- Building strong and efficient logistics, warehousing and ensuring safety and quality norms.

- Exposure to lean manufacturing, six sigma and business excellence would be desirable.

- Develop a capable and motivated workforce to achieve better results.
