As the Head of Supply Chain, you will lead the logistics, procurement, inventory and manage projects to make sure they are in line with leadership expectations, and ensure timely customer deliveries. The selected candidate will also oversee the development & implementation of tools, coach and guide the members to ensure a workforce that is engaged and enabled to meet Cavli's current and future needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee key supply chain functions/team such as purchase, logistics, & inventory and manage projects to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing. Drive new product and vendor development.
- Negotiate price reductions, lead time and delivery solutions to support customer's needs and provide manufacturing with the correct material at the right time for the right price - formulate strategy for reducing the Lead time and improve turnaround time.
- Oversee the production activities, including scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management. Ensure that production processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and output.
- Analysis and provide feedback on Inventory control and Improvement - will cover inventory management and reporting.
- Ensure efficient logistics setup in order to meet the current and future needs of customers, efficient stock management, packaging and delivery.
- Initiate and drive cross-functional planning and cooperation in order to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Ensure close and efficient daily cooperation between all operation functions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to ensure alignment and support organizational goals. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall company success.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Regularly monitor and analyze data related to production output, quality, cost, and other relevant metrics. Prepare reports for senior management and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications/Expertise:
- MBA or any other related qualification.
