Head - Supply Chain Management - FMCG/Agro/Chemical

Objective of this position:

- To coordinate with the procurement, production, logistics and distribution

- Responsible for cost effective procurement and maintain proper inventory and ensure continuous supply as per RFC.

Work relations:

Reports to: CEO

- Interface: Director Sales, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams. Externally with the different contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Major tasks of position:

- Procure more than 100 key chemical ingredients and more than 300 packing items.

- Production Planning of around 300 SKUs and making them available at the distribution points.

- Managing around 40 houses on pan India basis.

Skills, experience and qualifications required for the job:

Qualifications:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Science/ Degree in Material Management

Experience: 20 years in chemical / agrochemical / Pharma. A minimum of 5years experience at a senior management level.

Skills:

- Good Knowledge of Agro chemical Industry in India. Experience in the procurement of chemicals / packing material etc

- Good Network and relationship with Industry

- Should possess excellent communication skill

- Should be a good team player and leader
