- Production & Consumption Planning :

Integrate Supply & Demand Forecasting within the Company

- Supply Chain Management:

Standardize freight agreements and optimize supplier

Optimize FG Warehouse at plants

- Cost Monitoring & Optimization

Process :

- SOPs review, amend and monitor

Customer Centricity:

Performance metrics (KPIs)
