Head - Supply Chain - Last Mile

Responsibilities:

- As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be a pivotal senior hire, shaping our the supply chain strategy and operations in India. Collaborating closely with the founder and senior stakeholders

- Develop, execute and optimise supply chain operations for the Indian market

- Design, measure, report and improve upon critical supply chain KPIs

- Build and lead a team of supply chain managers across key cities and regions in India

- Support rapid growth and the establishment of company supplier

- Proven supply chain experience in quick commerce, HoReCa (QSR, hotels, retail, catering) or recycling strongly preferred

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high-performing team

- High personal drive, ambition, and a results-oriented attitude

- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
