Head - Supply Chain - FMCG/FMCD

Job Description :

- The incumbent should ensure development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers/vendors leading to lower negotiated prices, better service levels, continuous quality improvements, longer term contract, increased profitability and a mutually beneficial long term relationship.

- He should be responsible for stock management, review and upgrade supply chain practices, set standards regulations and laws.

- He will be responsible for identifying transportation routes to maximize economy by combining or consolidating warehousing and distribution

- He should strongly observe and monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities

- He should be responsible for designing and implementing warehousing strategies for finished products

- He should be responsible for e sourcing, secondary inventory management, distribution planning deriving from sales and Manufacturing plan.
