KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The role would be responsible for establishing a clear and effective business ownership for Supply Chain processes within the organization to ensure adherence of the defined standards and key deliverable will be :
- Leading the demand and inventory management processes and ensuring they are capable of meeting agreed business targets
- Engage and lead operations planning and generate demand planning in sync with annual business plan
- Working very closely with production planning, manufacturing and sourcing teams to meet sales forecast as per the plan
- Inventory and Replenishment automation by deploying tools like TOC methodology.
- Analyzing work flow, OTIF, planned order, Resource Optimization, Order loss, RCCP & schedule customer order based on material availability, machine capacity and constraints.
- Managing Warehouse facilities and Distribution operations to ensure availability of products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner from both the central and branch, warehouses in accordance with optimal supply planning.
- Maintaining the inventory at optimal levels / targeted DSI (Day Sales Inventory) including safety stocks analysis
- Reviewing the material and production lead time on a scheduled basis together with Sourcing, Production and Quality Control
- Developing demand and inventory policy through analysis of all supply chain factors
- Generating short/medium term net requirements and negotiating supply plan with international suppliers
- Maintaining all products within agreed inventory parameters to ensure continuity of supply
- Ensuring demand analysis and consumption tracking is carried out on behalf of the business
- Negotiating supply delivery to enable Sales to expedite order fulfillment
- Providing financial and volume projections of inventory to supplement decision-making,

QUALITATIVE :
- Should demonstrate good organizational abilities, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management.
- Strong people skills and soft skills to manage teams with diverse backgrounds
- Strong team player and good leadership skills to lead a young and dynamic team
- Strong analytical skills & comfort with MS office suite - word/ppt/excel
- Must be able to work under pressure and on various projects simultaneously and autonomously
- Should have some understanding of QSR business -food production process, working with franchises etc.

- Ability to work with external (vendors/suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Top leadership, HR/finance/Production teams etc.)
- Self-driven individual with a go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with a sense of ownership
- Can look at macro and micro picture at the same time
- Readiness to travel extensively if needed
EDUCATIONAL & INDUSTRY PREFERENCE :
Education : MBA (Ops Management / SCM)
Industry : Candidates from FMCG/ QSR Industry experience will be preferred
