Head - Supply Chain - FMCG

- Manage Supply chain for a fast growing business involving large volumes, major seasonal variations

- Build and Lead a team encompassing Demand -Supply planning , S&Op , warehousing, cost management, tolling operations , Order management , customer service and execution

- Managing inventory levels and service level at central warehouses from multiple manufacturing location;

- Establishing and executing collaborative demand planning processes, SOPs & OE process with sales, demand basis interventions on promotions and trade schemes

- Driving the continuous monitoring and tracking performance of manufacturing units in terms of Adherence metrics and productivity

- Spearheading the operationalization of New Product and Packaging innovation and support ramp ups.
