Head - Supply chain Finance - Banking

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Supply Chain Finance to lead our initiatives across the North & West region.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain finance, proven experience in onboarding anchor clients, and the ability to manage and develop a large team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial solutions tailored for supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute the regional supply chain finance strategy, aligning with the bank's overall objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Client Onboarding:

- Drive the onboarding process for anchor clients, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with their supply chain needs.

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Regional Management:

- Oversee all supply chain finance operations within the North region, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance standards.

- Monitor regional performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Financial Solutions Development:-

- Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative financial products that meet the unique requirements of supply chain partners.

- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:-

- Work closely with sales, operations, and risk management teams to ensure cohesive delivery of supply chain finance solutions.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across regions.

Performance Monitoring:-

- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of supply chain finance initiatives.

- Implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Education:-

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain finance or related fields, with a proven track record of onboarding anchor clients.

- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and regional operations, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.

Skills:
