Head - Supply Chain - Egg Processing Center

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for strategic planning, end to end execution of all supply chain activities, and managing all Egg Processing Centers across India

- Act as a SPOC for the business for all Supply Chain related aspects

- Accountable for the Supply Chain strategy and the financial robustness

- Responsible for preparation of annual budget, monitoring of expenses including CAPEX and inventory budgets, variance reconciliation, and implementing cost improvement initiatives

- Responsible for SOP planning including Demand planning and Supply Planning Distribution

- Responsible for all aspects of inventory planning and management at respective Egg Processing Centers from receiving to final disposition of products and materials

- Own capacity planning and management for building infrastructure for efficient supply chain flow.

- Develop logistics and planning solution encompassing Farm to Fork network design

- Manage continuous improvement of total Supply Chain cost

- Developing KPIs for self and team to achieve Organizational deliverables

- Work across functions to implement relevant ERP

- Optimise operational management of warehouse and transportation, implement Logistics strategy thereby ensuring seamless logistics operations from Egg Processing Centres to Distribution Centers

- Envisage the journey to transform into a digital supply chain

- Set Customer Service Level (OTIF) for the Team and assure achievement of the agreed targets.

What We're Looking For:

- B.Tech / MBA in Operations Management with 10-12 years of Logistics/Supply Chain experience in a start-up / FMCG Organisation / Logistics Organisation

- Experience and knowledge of latest trends and trends in inventory planning and management, forecasting, warehouse network, Supplier Performance Monitoring, transportation operations, SOP, Compliances and information techniques necessary for the effective monitoring of Supply Chain functions

- In depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes related best practices - Can think strategically and deliver operationally within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Effective interpersonal, critical thinking, team management and problem-solving skills

- Can communicate within a geographically dispersed organisation

- Anchor a mentoring relationship with high-potential team members, create openness, two way thinking and a good team culture

- Sound knowledge of MS Office
