About Our Client :

Our client is an Indian Consumer Durables giant which is also a well known name in the International Market, offering a diverse product portfolio. They are looking at expanding operations in India and hence are currently looking to recruit someone for a Head of Supply Chain role, based out of their office in Gurgaon.

Job Description :

Reporting directly into the Joint MD, your responsibilities will include :

- Overseeing end-to-end Supply Chain operations for the organization.

- Defining and implementing the Supply Chain strategy for the company across all functions.

- Working closely with different business leaders (both local and international), and ensuring that the Supply Chain function is aligned with overall company objectives.

- Managing a Supply Chain workforce of around 70-100 people.

The Successful Applicant :

- You will have around 18-22 years of work experience in the Consumer Durables/Building material/Automobile industry. Moreover, you will have experience in domestic/International Sourcing while having handled logistics responsibilities as well.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and team building skills, who's comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
