Head - Supply Chain - Capital Equitments

Scope :

- Strategy Development - Supply market analysis & procurement strategy,

- Spend Management - strategy and processes for negotiation, cost management and managing underlying financial objectives

- Contracting - supplier contracting process

- Supply Base Management & Development

- Supply Quality & Sustainability

Key Deliverables :

- Demand planning capabilities, translating capital expenditure financial plan into Supply plan

- Rolling multi-year strategy with relevant stakeholders

- Deliver the Target savings

- Drive transparency and compliance for the strategy including development & deployment of commodity spend control plan

Desired Profile :

- MBA/PGDM, preferably with Medical or Engineering Degree.

- 10-15 years post qualification experience in Capital Equipment, Electronic Equipment

- Preferably understanding of the Medical Equipment and Devices market across India preferably exposure to overseas market as well.

- Understanding of various segments, competition, margins, profitability, challenges, regulatory requirements.

- Strong commercial, change management and collaboration skills.

- Strategic & Business planning skills.

- Team management skills.
