Supply Chain Head - Beauty and Personal Care

- Supply Chain Head will be responsible for managing the supply chain for a new cosmetic company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, optimizing inventory levels, and developing a robust supply chain network. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for cosmetics and a drive to succeed. The Supply Chain Head will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful launch and growth of the company.

- The role is based at Mumbai and Reporting to the CEO of the business. Supply Chain Head will work very closely with the CEO to create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy that minimizes the environmental impact of the company's supply chain.

- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

- Develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved, and shareholder value is delivered.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.

- Will act as the key face of the company, develop new customers and channels to market and manage existing customer and channel partner relationships.

- Develop and implement a quality control program to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Develop and maintain a robust supply chain network that is scalable as the company grows.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

- Will work closely with the top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and selling world-class products.

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and sales, to ensure alignment of supply chain efforts.

Education Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM From Premier B-Schools tier - 1 institute.

- Candidate should have an overall experience of 7-10 years. In in the FMCG space - Beauty and Personal Care. 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Beauty & cosmetics industry.

Specifications Required:

- Should have Beauty and Personal Care industry experience.

- Brand committed to creating a brand which is differentiated and resonates with consumers.

- Ability to understand consumers in the D2C and Retail space. Leverage technology for the same.

- Experience in managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain networks.

Proven experience as Supply Chain Head in online and offline space.
