Head - Supply Chain - Agri

Scrabble has been mandated to hire Head Supply Chain for a farming technology company in Hyderabad.

The incumbent will have to :

- Develop supply chain strategies to optimize operations, align with business goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and training.

- Procurement-Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, evaluate in-source vs. outsource strategies, build vendor partnerships, align procurement with business plans.

- Reporting-Enhance supply chain efficiency through ERP systems, drive improvements, mitigate risks, track KPIs, and report performance insights to senior management.

- Manage logistics for on-time delivery, optimize warehousing and inventory handling.
