Head - Supply Chain - Agri

We are looking for an EVP Supply Chain & Vendor Management

The role :

- Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, and to develop future plans

- Lead performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's supply chain and vendor management departments

- Plan and source inventories and indirect supplies to support aggressive revenue growth

- Optimise shipments in order to increase customer satisfaction and decrease cost

- Optimise all supply chain activities as well as purchasing terms

- Maintain operations in compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Track performance metrics and optimise working capital

- Maintain and develop favorable vendor relationships

Your profile :

- experience in supply chain management

- Strong track record in optimising processes and working capital

- Solid understanding of metrics, IT tools & best practices

- Degree in economics, marketing, statistics or a similar quantitative discipline

- Deep knowledge of rural India

- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English

- Willingness to relocate to Indore and Travel
