Location: Hyderabad | Balangar

Years of Experience : 16-20 Years

Qualification: B.E, b.Tech Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and create an inspiring vision for the future.

- Motivate and inspire team members to engage with the vision.

- Manage the delivery of the vision.

- Coach and build a team to enhance effectiveness in achieving the vision.

- Understand the Procure to Pay process flow; improve purchasing systems and processes for greater efficiency.

- Perform spend analysis, commodity analysis, vendor capacity analysis, and supply risk management.

- Develop strategies to ensure cost savings and meet supplier performance targets.

- Monitor and forecast demand, price, and market trends; act on changes in buyer-supplier power balance.

- Assess, manage, and mitigate supply risks.

- Manage supplier and service provider agreements and contracts; negotiate, draft, and renew contracts.

- Focus on inventory levels within fiscal year budgets; balance demand and supply.

- Support management with data analysis and prepare reports for presentations.

- Manage supply base performance with evaluations, audits, and coordination with quality departments.

- Comply with purchasing ethics and code of conduct.

Job Specification/ Skills:

- Broad supply chain knowledge in the steel market and manufacturing services outsourcing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP/ERP systems.

- Experience in sourcing steel, forgings, specialty steels, machined components, special processes, and indirect materials in domestic and global markets.

- Knowledge of quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.

- Project Management Certification and Supply Chain Certifications are a plus.
