Head - Supply Acquisition - Delivery Partner Hiring

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Meeting delivery worker/ job seeker sourcing or hiring goals across clients, at the targeted cost of acquisition, while meeting goals on sourcing quality

2. Leading supply strategy agenda across channels

3. Exploring and establishing alternative channels for delivery partner/ job seeker hiring

4. Training and engagement programs across the channel and team

5. Working with cross functional teams including operations, marketing, finance and especially the product to meet overall company and channel objectives

Requirements :

1. 10+ years of experience in sourcing blue collar workers/ job seekers across domains such as last mile delivery, warehousing, Feet on Street etc

2. Experience in leading large teams in sourcing

3. Experience in P&L management

4. Experience in strategy roles

5. Experience of working with product teams

6. Experience of CXO level engagement

7. Channel management experience would be a plus
