Designation: Head- Study Abroad for Internal Education division

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for the overall Business Operations and P & L Accountability of the Profit Centers.

2. Effective Resource Management.

3. Responsible for college contact programmes and seminars for UG and PG studies abroad.

4. Carry business targets for GRE / GMAT Across India

5. Would be responsible for the TEST PREP-International Admission Consulting

Skills required for the job:

1. Motivator and a go getter

2. Dynamic

3. Out of the box thinking

4. Good knowledge of GRE / GMAT test structure

5. Knowledge of leading institutes & MS / MBA programmes in US / UK / Singapore / New Zealand / Australia

6. Understanding of the education industry

7. Interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

8. Person will be responsible for handling a team

Qualification:

Graduate - Any Background

- Post Graduate – MS / MBA from International Institutes OR MBA from Top 20 Institutes

Preferred Industry & Role:

- Has experience as a Product/Marketing/Sales Manager with demonstrated ability in launching products

OR

- Has worked in the Education industry and has business acumen.

- 8 to 10 Years of Experience
