Description : The person will also drive the overall direct outreach & events/ career fairs plan and will be accountable for leads volume and quality. They also closely collaborate with the marketing team to maximise impact of any other marketing comms channels (e.g. PR, media, webinars, talks, open days, etc.).

- Lead the overall recruitment process and strategy.

- Work with department managers to identify and fill vacancies.

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

- Develop and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding recruitment.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.

- Manage and mentor the recruitment team.

- Implement and maintain an effective onboarding process.

Profile:

- A successful 'Head of Recruitment' should have:

- Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in the desired field
