Student Recruitment Head for US

- We are hiring for a Global management School based in Mumbai with global campuses.

- This is a senior management role, reporting directly to the Director - Sales & Marketing.

- This role will drive student acquisition for graduate & post graduate programs for the US Campus.

Job Description:

- Analyzing the student intakes for the programs and plan for a targeted increase.

- Create a set of activities to drive the targeted numbers.

- Strategize with the marketing team to create avenues and corresponding activities to reach out to prospective students including digital marketing and ATL/BTL activities.

- Drawing and managing a budget for supporting all planned activities.

- Driving the plan through internal teams.

- Training and motivating the team to consistently meet or exceed targets.

- Ensure that the process of execution of all activities is adequately managed, Build robust reporting metrics and continually track them for planned interventions.

- Interact closely with student selection panels and evaluate the suitability of applicants to these programs.

- This is a number driven role and will entail extensive travelling.

- The role will also require mentoring and student counselling to help potential applicants understand the relevance and superiority of the school's programs.

- Working closely with Agents & influencers to upsell the US programs.
