Head - Stressed Asset Management/NPA - Financial Services

- Responsible for implementing strategies for effective collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers in stressed Strategic accounts (critical NPA) to maximize overall profitability of the Group .

- Responsible for creating structured innovative solutions for stressed strategic accounts to fill the asset-liability gap .

- Financial Appraisal of Large Corporate Credit & assessment of Working Capital requirement and Project Term Loans to meet CAPEX requirement of Corporate Borrowers.

- Review all MIS reports on number of cases, current portfolio size, security deposition. etc. of critical NPA cases and strategize collections and recovery based on the information

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that need to be restructured and for cases that can be recovered through legal intervention.

- Manage team through the establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function
