Job Role and Responsibility
- Understand and enhance complete Digital Wallet & Payments value chain by reducing friction and adding digital features to deliver a superior customer experience
- Partner with Product Strategy and Go-to-Market teams to define and execute product launch plans, including product packaging and pricing
- Proactively identify issues, trends and opportunities, and recommend and implement strategies and tactics to maximize key financial and business measures relative to product performance
- Contribute to, and implement, payment strategies/initiatives to secure long term profitability
- Create a compelling vision for future zero-to-one initiatives that delight our users, making it easier for them to connect financially with others.
- Support go-to-market strategy and execution in collaboration with partnerships and sales teams.
- Interface with internal and external business partners and in doing so create and drive buy-in for the product(s) vision, educate/train, promote and listen to the voice of the customer
- Establish relationships with leaders for proposition development and effective implementation planning
Qualification, Skills and Expertise
- 12+ years (preferably in Fintech/Banks/NBFCs)
- Experience in the payments domain
- Team handling experience at a senior leadership position (eg. -1 to the CXO)
- MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 campus
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects including product, engineering, partnerships teams.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical bent
