Job Description - Opportunity to head the Strategy, M&A and Fund Raising for a leading Financial services firm in India

Client Details : Our client is a leading Financial Services firm in the Indian market

Description :

1) Work closely with the Promoter and Individual CEOs to drive the strategy at the group level

2) Head the Equity and Debt Fund Raising at the group level

3) Evaluate M&A opportunities in the market to acquire new companies

4) Lead a team of Analysts and Associates

5) Create Functional Strategies for the sub-functions

6) Develop budgets and policies for the functional strategies

7) Manage the overall department function

8) Liaison with internal as well as external stakeholders

Profile :

1) 10+ years of M&A / fund raising experience in a Financial Services setup

2) Tier 1/2 Education background

3) Strong leadership and Analytical Skills
