Job Description - The primary responsibility of the role involves developing and delivering strategic objectives and plans for the firm across the following verticals:

Corporate Strategy:

- Contribute to the development of the organization's Business Plans

- Lead the strategy team ensuring their effectiveness in all aspects of their role

- Work with board members in developing and promoting the organization's vision and mission

- Ensure regular review of performance against set objectives

Business Strategy:

- Lead the annual service and business planning for the organization

- Gather strategic business intelligence by undertaking market analysis to identify opportunities for development

- Work with all parts of the organization and stakeholders to develop a costed and achievable annual Service Plan

- Ensure that all of the organisation`s major business development projects are managed by appropriate project management processes

- Ensure use of competitor data analysis to enable the organization to position itself favorably

- Functional Strategy Ensure the organization maintains an effective communications and PR function

- Develop roles for succession planning working in conjunction with Director of Business Transformation

- Ensure adequate numbers of staff to successfully deliver all aspects of job role on time

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA, with 10+ years of experience of which 8+ should involve relevant experience within the strategy vertical of a leading luxury/jewelry set-up or a notable consulting firm that caters to luxury clientele.
