The Incumbent will be responsible for updating the leadership team of the company on the Development & Changes in Various IT & IT Related Technologies in the Market ( in India & Globally)

- The Individual should have the ability to research on Various Technologies & the enhancements in these technologies & propose the strategy for way forward for the company in that field.

- Will Report to the Global COO & continuously update him on the emergence of various Technology based Platform .

- Propose Short Term, Medium Term & Long Term Strategy for the Organisation in Different Technology Platforms & the impact of the same on existing projects in the industry.

-Build Strategy to move the company from a reactive stage to proactive state

- Work with Global Players in Technology & build the Future Technology Strategy of the Company in discussion with COO, CEO & Board Members.

Desired Candidate :

- BE + MBA with 18+yrs of experience & have experience of working in Large Technology Based Setups in the Strategy Field.
