Head - Strategy & Investor Relations - Logistics Solutions Business - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Prior experience of working for a logistics solution company Preferred

BE + MBA from Premium Institutes MUST

Role :

- Strategy and Investor Relations is highly cross-functional group which is responsible to drive several initiatives across the organization, both internally and externally.

- The role entails providing data-driven insights to other business functions while at the same time providing strategic direction to the top leadership of the organization.

- As Head of the group, the Person will work closely with technology and business teams, create business plans, forecast to plan resources and,provide market and competitive intelligence to CEO & senior leadership for cross functional strategic planning, and lead the M&A efforts of the firm. Person will also be expected to engage with existing and potential investors, and spearhead the firm's fundraising efforts
