Job Description-

- Driving medium term strategy for the organization.

- Building a set up that informs and drives execution excellence basis insights from internal data, market/competition data and analytics

- Setting up metrics to track in depth customer profitability, customer satisfaction, optimization levers and corresponding cohorts

- Setting up and tracking project plans for expansion and key initiatives

- Assisting with making existing processes/systems robust
