Head - Strategy & Innovation - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Head of Strategy & Innovation to lead innovation initiatives at the Group level for diversified business.

Role:

1. Research and be well aware of latest trends and technologies in Tech, Fintech and Insurtech

2. Help senior management and stakeholders to understand the implications of research on their businesses

3. Work with senior management from the Group companies to define and shortlist problem areas/use cases

4. Work with partners, accelerators, incubators - both in India and overseas to identify innovative solutions to business problems

5. Be well connected in the startup ecosystem

6. Work with the Group companies to prioritize innovation projects and track them through a toll-gate driven approach

7. Technical interactions with vendors and partners to evaluate solutions, conduct proof of concept etc.

Desired Profile:

1. Post Graduate from top-tier institute (full time)

2. 8-12 years of experience in strategy / advisory / consulting from Big Four Consulting firms handling BFSI segment.

3. Hands on development experience in web technologies, mobile technologies, data warehouse & reporting technologies would be an added advantage

4. Self-starter/Ability to drive with minimal follow-up in ambiguous environment

5. Personal network in the startup and innovation ecosystem

6. BFSI background / International exposure is an added advantage
