- Define key business processes, create blue-print and hand hold the implementation like BSC, Value Chain Analysis, Strategic Plan creation, Benchmarking, performance measurement etc.

- Create process of benchmarking and measurement against that

- Value Analysis of any given business and work with business head to create strategies for sweet spot

- Help in creating vision and mission document

- Define the culture of organization and help in building the culture of the organization

- Create long term, mid-term and short term business strategies keeping in mind vision and mission of the company and hand hold the implementation

- Evaluate various business opportunities and give recommendation

- Create knowledge on business verticals being targeted by the Group and disseminate within the team
