Role & Responsibilities;
- Strategising, planning, goal setting and leading teams;
- Leading to achieve revenue, market share, profitability and other strategic objectives;
- Find important projects, ventures, potential targets and other partnership opportunities.
- Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place in order to measure all progress.
- Identify strategic risks and help to reduce these risks.
- Apply insights of global economics and marketing to implement pricing strategies and channels.
- Improve, standardize and document planning
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to work on Long term planning
- Enable Category & Functional leads to deliver Business objectives.
- Leverage Route to market and product category mix
- Engage with Digital Marketing teams on KPIs for SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Social
Required Skills;
- 15+ yrs Experience of planning, organising, controlling, managing, developing and directing strategic and operational activities in Gold Business
- Outstanding experience of providing leadership and management of a team.
- Outstanding track record at of contributing to corporate and cross organisational business strategy.
- Excellent, effective influencing and negotiating skills
- Experience of leading change and transformation
- Experience in programme and project management, financial and budget management.
- Excellent decision making skills and confident in making strategic and operational decisions.
- Excellent planning and organization skills to deliver work to agreed timescales and standards.
- Excellent problem solving skills and finding creative and innovative solutions
