This is a Corporate Strategy Head role, candidates with full time MBA from Premium Institutes with minimum 12 years of Post MBA experience. Team Management experience is must - Lead company initiatives which have strategic, transverse and business impact - Ensure Successful deployment of the Country Strategic Initiatives. - Lead Corporate Strategy Team - Ensure meeting the deliverables by continuously monitoring them - Support & update the senior stakeholders with the right information on various strategic levers - Support the global innovation programs by leading / animating them for the country - Lead the creation of strategic plans across the BUs and support deployment - Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives - Control & help in deployment of Business Action Plans - To ensure achievement of pricing goals (profitability) - Competitor benchmarking and analysis - Contribute to Business Cases for Strategic Programs through Market Interviews, Customer Interviews, Market Surveys, Internal Brainstorming and then provide/present scenarios to the Steering Committee
