Job Description : Opportunity to head the Strategy for one of the leading Fintechs in India. Looking at candidates with Consulting background (for Banking/NBFC/Fintechs)

Client Details : Our client is a well known and well established Fintech client

Description :

- Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategy of the firm

- Support the leadership team to define strategy and new operating model that support current needs and the future business priorities

- Defines potential business models in order to realize profitability opportunities

- Collaboration with key internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business leading to suitable strategy formulation and overall business performance enhancement

- Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives in consultation with management. Support the leadership team to define strategy and new operating model that support current needs and the future business priorities

- Work closely with different business heads and leadership in terms of overall vision of the organisation

Profile :

- 4+ Years of experience in Top Tier Consulting firms (Mckinsey/Bain/BCG) or Strategy role in Top Fintech organisation

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School (IIM A/B/C/ISB/FMS)

- Consulting experience with a Bank/NFC/Fintech would be highly preferred
