Responsibilities :
- Develop strategy road map of the org in consultation with Founders and ensure the other CXOs are aligned
- Setup robust internal tracking through identifying the right lead-lag metrics, clear dashboards for decision making and communication
- Create and drive strategic collaborations across functions
- Develop structured approach for new products and product improvements based on market/competition/learning objectives
- Create and manage a consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
Requirements :
- 14+ years experience in consulting / strategy
- Candidates with B2B experience will be preferred
