Head Strategy (CA Ranker +MBA IIM/ISB) We are Currently Hiring for the Head of Strategy for a E-Commerce Startup Specially focused on B2B segment. This is founded by 3 Ex Top Executives from Flipkart (Sujeet Kumar, who led WS Retail Pvt. Ltd at Flipkart, Amod Malviya, ex-CTO of Flipkart, and Vaibhav Gupta, former Senior VP at Flipkart.) the primary responsibility will be 1. This person will be closely associated with the Top Management Team to form Strategy for all the Product Lines. 2. Prepare and assess separate strategy for all the products lines. 3. Review product lines for the revenue and Volume projections collectively and Geographically. 4. Manager Relations with Investors and updating them on current progress. 5. Lead teams which will be responsible for the Product Segments. 6. Planning long to mid-term strategy for the business with the Business Head. 7. Building short to medium term business plan, profit and loss management, by collaborating with each department (Product/Marketing/Sales) 8. Driving and Monitoring key success metrics of each department Product/Marketing/Sales/Service ensuring larger targeted revenue metrics add up. 9.
