This is a role in a Pvt Sector Bank and the intention is to synergise the various businesses within the Bank and improve the overall revenues while reducing costs
About Synergy:- The Synergy team will leverage Group Distribution and Product suite to cross penetrate all Business Unit [BU] client base, retain and grow the existing client base and enhance revenue generation at lower costs of acquisition. The group will be co-accountable for Pan-Bank Synergy targets with BU Heads.
Key Priorities of this group are :-
1] Enhance revenue for the Group including Consumer, Corporate Banking Group, Loan against Property, Microfinance etc.
2] Optimise Cost for the Group leveraging on lower cost of acquisition, structural & process synergies,
3] Leverage distribution and product offerings of existing BUs for cross-sell leading to Customer stickiness & becoming the Primary Bank for the Customer,
4] Co-create initiatives with respective BUs to enhance retention, activation and deepening & drive penetration of existing client wallets
Role Details :
- The individual will work closely with BU Heads to create BU-wise plans and support execution including leveraging distribution and the product offerings of existing BUs for cross-sell thereby leading to better customer stickiness and improved customer retention.
- The individual will be responsible for designing & deploying of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives of cross-selling of group products across key verticals of Consumer Finance, Micro Finance, Consumer Bank, Corporate Banking & other BUs.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Essential Requirement: 10 to 13 yrs. of experience in the Financial Services domain.
- Preferred requirement: Minimum of 6- 8 yrs. experience in Strategy Consulting /Planning / Program Management roles in Banking.
