Qualification: CA with MBA from Tier 1 Business School

Experiences: 8+ Years

Purpose of the role: To support the higher management in making decisions as well as managing and completing high level projects having an organization wide impact


- To conduct costing analysis and reporting to support decision making by management


- To follow-up on mining strategic projects with teams to ensure completion on time and to the required standard of quality while ensuring the application of company's standards, policies and procedures

Key Responsibility Area:

I. Decision Making, Program Management and Communication

- Be the SPOC of the higher management office and continually monitor the flow of information going in and out of the office

- Review information and data from different business lines to provide easy to consume and actionable information for the higher management.

- Prepare synopsis or briefs for subjects or Mining projects as per requirements of the higher management for further discussion

- Co-ordinate with senior executives to obtain raw data for further analysis

- Analyze data as per requirements of higher management and present analysis to Management in an appropriate manner

- Prepare cost estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work

- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future projects

- Assess cost effectiveness of projects tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops

- Conduct analysis to decide whether it is more cost-effective to outsource

- Prepare reports as per need of cost analysis by higher management Identify and suggest initiatives for cost management

- Program manage an initiative assigned by the higher management on cost management initiatives

- Oversee cost management analysis and reporting to support decision making by the higher management

- Ensure that strategic projects and initiatives are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery

- Review and comment on materials and documents related to the execution of high-profile strategic projects and programs being presented to the CEO thus ensuring accuracy and quality

- Liaise with Group Corporate, as required, to ensure smooth flow of information

- Manage all documentation and approvals required from the higher management Review and manage all communications from the higher management both internally and externally

II. People Management

Ensure capability development of the team through performance management, training, and mentoring to drive high performance, engagement and enable achievement of current and future business needs
