- Graduates Preferable Engineering Graduates with MBA with excellent communication skills both verbal and written having experience in and responsible for :
- Country level Sales, additional experience in Marketing is a big plus
- Drive the growth strategy in India
- Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives
- Define strategy to help achieve revenue objectives
- Implementing value selling philosophy, sales funnels and execute business plan
- Continually monitor market trends, competitive products/pricing,
- Identifying and analysing the products to be sold to the market place
- Lead in business review meetings and key strategic business initiatives
- Interface with the Marketing and teams to define and implement vertical market strategies
- Digital tool & digital marketing adoption in the market
- Create sustainable relationships and simplified processes for World class Customer Experience at all levels
- Ability to handle vendor Management effectively
- Digital training or experience with digital and solution selling
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and self-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Manage complex projects and relationships
- Ability to work under time constraints & also manage complex global stakeholder matrix
Candidates with Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written along with excellent analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a data-driven mind set and having experience in Healthcare Sector (Min. 50 Cr turn over in last 3 yrs ). Ability to lead a team and deal with Multiple Stakeholders
