Head - Strategy - BFSI

- Responsible for design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives in consultation with management

- Bring key business insights and trade-offs to the table for management decision making

- Provide inputs on organization goals to business planning, F&A and other functional teams to drive the organization agenda

- Design an automated and comprehensive insights database which allows for quick and effective decision making

- Improve revenue and margins by Identifying risks and opportunities for the Business

- Establish metrics to measure performance and to drive market share across product segments

- Scan external environment to stay abreast of new regulations, guidelines, risks and opportunities

- Integrate database working across portfolios to allow for better resource and capital deployment

- Support the Business and Digital teams by ensuring setting of SMART targets

- Responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options

- Responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business

- Support representation of organization performance to shareholders and investors by the management team

Person Requirements-

- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, product or general management

- MBA (Finance/Strategy) OR other relevant post graduate qualification

- Previous proven work in analytics and planning would be preferred

- Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems

- Knowledge of Python and R will be preferred.
