- Develop innovative business strategies and lead key strategic decisions.
- Build future ready Bancassurance channel by incubating new models and initiatives.
- Drive the right product mix delivery to ensure the profitability of business & sales channels.
- Provide Business intelligence for insight into performance of various business matrices with strong analytical bend.
- Manage strategic relationship with key stake holders of the bank at Central office as the nodal point.
- Support distribution head for strategic planning processes; recommend process changes if so, required for achieving desired goals.
- Develop, deploy & execute cross sell campaigns with the help of field leadership team.
- Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower
- Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy.
- Full management responsibility, including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
- Periodic reviews of all business matrices to ensure outcome focused approach.
- Responsible for Regional Sales Training/Strategy/Planning/R&R/ marketing initiatives across clusters/branches.
- Assure visibility & scalability of our line of products in the branches through regular interventions.
- Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with regulatory requirements and TAT adherence.
- Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
- Focus on improving customer centricity & persistency.
